A FIVE DAY PROGRAM
DAY 1
Arrival & Transfer
Meet and greet on arrival at Queen Beatrix International airport - local staff will welcome guests as they arrive and make sure all goes smoothly. Porters will assist with your luggage.
Transportation to selected hotel - Hospitality Desk at hotel to receive guests.
Time to relax, unpack and get settled.
6.30pm - Welcome reception dinner - poolside at the Marriott.
DAY 2
Breakfast coupons for each day will be offered to participants to dine at leisure - there are a variety of ways that this can be handled.
Shuttles for shopping available before and after lunch.
1pm - Lunch at West Deck: a true caribbean shared plate extravagaza.
This casual open air restaurant on the water offers traditional food, creativ presented with a wide variety of drinks.
5.30pm - Transportation to the beautiful Catamaran Sail boat that will take you on a sunset sail to a private Island where the evening’s theme is an Aruban Carnival celebration. The Carnival Bacchanal theme reaches its full potential through the music, performed by a top local carnival band, making it impossible for guests not to get up and “shake their thing”. Food is catered by one of Aruba’s top restaurants, a champagne toast to start and full premium open bar throughout. Top ofo the evening at Soprano’s piano bar.
DAY 3
Today is a day of adventure or pampering and exploration. Aruba offers an array of activities that will tantalize the senses. Guests can pre-select from the following options:
a) Snorkel Adventure
b) Rover Adventure - 1/2 day
c) Discover Aruba tour
d) Horseback riding
e) Spa treatmant options
f) Golf
g) A day on Renaissance Island
h) An elegant themed evening with a tented dinner on the beach
DAY 4
Saturday Brunch on the “Monforte” Yacht with a five star Michelin caterin staff - seven courses.
Dine, swim and swing into the water - a true delight topped with cocktails and music.
DAY 5
Departure will follow your breakfast at leisure. Depending on flight times, airport shuttles will be pre-scheduled and hospitality staff will be there to assist all of your departure needs.
